West Herr Mini always meets my service needs for my 2019 Mini Cooper S Convertible.
Our plane from Roanoke was delayed for 2 hours. We missed our connecting flight in Washington. The next flight out wasn’t till 5:30. The dealership closed at 6. They picked us up at the airport at 7. They went through all the paperwork. Showed us the bells and whistles on the car we purchased and we were on our way. Monica was a treasure to work with. They got me in for service a few days before my appointment as my x3 became undriveable over 40 mph. Got the caliper covered under the warranty I purchased from them with the vehicle and got a hold of the service advisor who was actually off to straighten out a billing question.
I just had the oil changed and front brakes replaced at Mini of Buffalo earlier this week, and once again they provided excellent service! Their staff is super friendly and helpful. I won’t take my mini anywhere else.
All the service was done in a timely matter and the final cost matched the estimate !

The dealership is way too busy , Not enough staff to accommodate customers. If you want a loaner for service, they are booked six weeks out. Tough luck if you need an emergency fix.

I bought a 2 year old certified used car from here and have had my car for 10 months. I’ve had to go into the dealership about 10 times now total for 3 incidents. 2 of these incidents they thought there either wasn’t a problem (until they actually drove the car) or they thought they fixed it, which I had to point out they didn’t.
My BMW had a recall and the dealership was great in getting me in, providing me with a courtesy car ride and getting the work done by the end of the day!

The service manager Adam took the time to look at my issue and resolve it whereas the service advisor Marc never bothered to look at the issue and just told me that they couldn't / wouldn't look after it. He need to be more proactive and leave his desk and actually see the issue so that he can intelligently talk about it rather than just dismiss me.

When I got to the airport I called the dealership to let them know I would be bringing it in for repair when I returned to Buffalo.
