I called 400 miles away broke down- I was told to drop off my M850 - on Monday when they were open- stress as I was told by Allison - no loaners this played heavy on me as I drove home on Saturday and worried no loaners all day Sunday?! I reserved a rental on late Sunday When I got to BMW I had a loaner! - this was great and for a week the car was done great/ Allison needs some guidence in compassion

My experience with this dealership has always been good. Recently I experienced a failure on my 2016 BMW 328i which prevented the car from operating, the service department correctly diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem in an expeditious manner

I went to service his name was Kyle omg he took such good care of me . He made my appointment I’m from a whole different city so he had a loaner waiting for me just in case so I would not be late . Gave me an early inspection, oil change still took care of my original service problem and changed my windshield wipers . Overall my raring for BMW Buffalo is 8 out of 10. Sales people knowledgeable and great to work with, location easy to get to, they were willing to work with me on pricing and listened to me (A+ for that alone), extended warranty, APR, and I love that they are now part of the West Herr Family. It's all about negotiation. Know what you can afford and know your credit score, The finance person is seasoned, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy. Do your homework before going in so you don't waste your time or the sales people.

Repair work was done to my complete satisfaction although the process to inform me of what had to be repaired was delayed a day because the person handling my case didn’t go to work a particular day and no one else called me thus delaying the repair time an extra day. That to me is totally unacceptable. You don’t delay simply because someone isn’t at work. I don’t know if I’ll be bringing in my car for further repairs unless closer to home repair shops can’t handle my problem. This was the case this ...

Service is great ! Valet service is excellent. Call center is not great. Told me my car would be picked up at 8:30. Received three texts with same info. I was counting on the 8:30 pick up. Had I known it would be later I would have chosen a different Day. Call center has no idea what is actually happening at the dealership. This needs to be fixed.
