Everything was done promptly. This is no reflection on the dealership, but I was not satisfied with the time it took for BMW to get the part that was recalled. I feel like I was driving an unsafe vehicle for almost a year.

Accommodating. Great service to make sale work for someone out of town. Price was a bit high comparatively without much room to negotiate it. I asked two people about a feature and was told the car had it (as listed in the ad for this car). Bought the car—car did not have it. No suggestions given concerning this. The Mini service department at West Herr is excellent! The Mini staff is knowledgeable and dependable. Our 2008 Mini Clubman was purchased new at Towne and continues to have service done by the same team to this day. It runs like a top and is well cared for by the techs. I called 400 miles away broke down- I was told to drop off my M850 - on Monday when they were open- stress as I was told by Allison - no loaners this played heavy on me as I drove home on Saturday and worried no loaners all day Sunday?! I reserved a rental on late Sunday When I got to BMW I had a loaner! - this was great and for a week the car was done great/ Allison needs some guidence in compassion

My experience with this dealership has always been good. Recently I experienced a failure on my 2016 BMW 328i which prevented the car from operating, the service department correctly diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem in an expeditious manner

Gave me an early inspection, oil change still took care of my original service problem and changed my windshield wipers . Overall my raring for BMW Buffalo is 8 out of 10. Sales people knowledgeable and great to work with, location easy to get to, they were willing to work with me on pricing and listened to me (A+ for that alone), extended warranty, APR, and I love that they are now part of the West Herr Family. It's all about negotiation. Know what you can afford and know your credit score, The finance person is seasoned, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy. Do your homework before going in so you don't waste your time or the sales people.

Repair work was done to my complete satisfaction although the process to inform me of what had to be repaired was delayed a day because the person handling my case didn’t go to work a particular day and no one else called me thus delaying the repair time an extra day. That to me is totally unacceptable. You don’t delay simply because someone isn’t at work. This is my fourth BMW from this dealership and the first time I’ve needed extended service. My car is 4 years old with 18,000 miles. The power supply warning light came on out of no where…. I immediately called and was told to bring it in for service. Initially the service rep thought it might be the battery which he informed me would not be covered by the extended warranty I purchased when I bought out my lease.
